Copia Foundation does not take ownership of the buildings.
Our role
Our role is to help identify suitable opportunities, support a considered approach to rent and residential use, and connect each project with local information where it is needed. Copia Foundation works with owners of apartment buildings and other residential properties who want their real estate to contribute to that stability.
The Task
Our task is to support lower rent housing and community-serving places that create security and opportunity for people below the poverty line.
